  • (Self-Catering, Use of Kitchen): €25 per night
    (Rates vary depending on room type, area, and host, but this is a good guide.)
  • Example: 4 weeks — €750

Long-Term Bookings (1+ months)

  • For stays of one month or more, you can choose to pay the rent monthly (on the 1st of each month for the month ahead).
  • We pay our hosts directly on a monthly basis.

Damage Deposit

  • A €200 damage deposit is required.
  • This is fully refundable on the day of departure, provided the host’s home is left clean, tidy, and undamaged.

  • A one-time booking fee of €250 is charged to match you with a suitable host.

Once you confirm you are happy with the host family we find for you, we will ask for:

  • The balance of the booking fee (€200)
  • The damage deposit (€200, refundable)
  • The first month’s rent

After payment, you will receive:

  • Your final booking confirmation
  • The host’s contact details, so you can introduce yourself and provide your arrival details.
