Rates
Single Room
- (Self-Catering, Use of Kitchen): €25 per night
(Rates vary depending on room type, area, and host, but this is a good guide.) - Example: 4 weeks — €750
Long-Term Bookings (1+ months)
- For stays of one month or more, you can choose to pay the rent monthly (on the 1st of each month for the month ahead).
- We pay our hosts directly on a monthly basis.
Damage Deposit
- A €200 damage deposit is required.
- This is fully refundable on the day of departure, provided the host’s home is left clean, tidy, and undamaged.
Booking Fee
- A one-time booking fee of €250 is charged to match you with a suitable host.

Once we receive your confirmation fee:
We will contact our large database of verified hosts and find the best options for you.
Final Stage
Once you confirm you are happy with the host family we find for you, we will ask for:
- The balance of the booking fee (€200)
- The damage deposit (€200, refundable)
- The first month’s rent
After payment, you will receive:
- Your final booking confirmation
- The host’s contact details, so you can introduce yourself and provide your arrival details.
