We had a wonderful experience staying with the Rogers family. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were very thoughtful, especially with meals, and were respectful of our dietary needs as two of us are Muslim. They were always kind, helpful, and gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Rogers family to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming host family.

My experience with Host Family Dublin Ireland was excellent from start to finish. The team was always very responsive, supportive, and available whenever I needed assistance. They made the entire process smooth and were always willing to help with any questions or concerns.
My host, Roisin, was absolutely wonderful. She was always kind, welcoming, and considerate, making me feel comfortable and at home from the very beginning. She was very supportive in helping me improve my English through daily conversations and encouragement. She also shared a lot of useful local information and tips, which helped me better understand Irish culture and make the most of my time in Ireland.
The accommodation experience exceeded my expectations. Roisin created a warm and friendly environment, and her patience and generosity made a significant difference in my stay. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout my time there.
I am very grateful to both Host Family Dublin Ireland and Roisin for such a positive and memorable experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a host family in Ireland.

I had a very good experience staying with Nestor and Lorna in Ireland. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom was sanitised every day and every room was well maintained. Everything in the house was organized and made us feel comfortable from the first day.
The food was also very good, even for us Italians who are usually quite demanding about food! They always made sure we had everything we needed.
Nestor and Lorna are naturally respectful of privacy, which I think is a positive thing, but at the same time they are very friendly, kind, approachable and always available to help if needed. They made us feel welcome and safe during the entire experience.
I would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately our school only allowed us to stay for 14 days. Thank you again for everything, I will definitely remember this experience positively.

We’ve been hosting with HFDI for over a year now. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences. From wonderful students staying with us and becoming part of our family for the short while they are with us, to great Co ordinators who keep us fully informed. Big shout out to Tundà and Lorraine who both set up WhatsApp’s for the hosts and keep us fully informed of the students itinerary and any curfews or rules set out from the schools. It really helps for such a smooth process and experience. Looking forward to our next students very soon.

Our Host Family was perfect. We have been in Patrica house. It was perfect. the food was delicious. The best were the desserts, we have never eaten better ones. The atmosphere was great and the evenings with our host lady were the best. The house is beautiful and the dogs are the cutest in the world.We would recommend such a trip to everyone! Our host family was very kind and it's been a great atmosphere. Nestor and Lorna took care of us in every matter: doing the laundry, preparing delicious dishes and snacks for the college, changing the bedsheets, ...
We felt safe and welcomed and were happy about the good relationship with our host family. We even spent couple of evening together having dinner while telling funny stories. The three weeks went by so fast and we appreciate it the effort family Rena put into their work!

We were incredibly lucky to be placed with Tommy and Pat in Ireland. It was a wonderful experience. They were warm, welcoming, and made us feel like part of the family from day one. A nice home 40m away from city center, different combination of public transports is possible. The owner is kind and supportive. She will do her best to make you comfortable and create moments of conviviality. "Only English rule" means she helps you improve your language skills "Volente o nolente".

Staying with the Nestor Rena family felt like a little piece of paradise. From day one, they welcomed me with so much warmth and love—I instantly felt at home. They treated me with incredible respect and kindness, always making sure I was comfortable and happy.
Every moment was filled with good vibes, amazing food, and genuine care. Their home was not just cozy and clean, but also full of positive energy that made my stay unforgettable.

Trish is an AMAZING hosts. She’s so sweet and spoke with she it’s a veritable pleaser. The house it’s so cosy but the best stay the meal prepared by Trish. They’re a privilege to eat the mum’s recipes. If you want a pleasant a very good time go to the Trish house’s.

Hosted with this company on a number of occasions (mainly short stays). We have always found the students to be very respectful and pleasant. Host family communicate well in advance and leave no stone unturned. Happy to continue working with host family in the future!

This was my first year hosting for HFDI, we hosted 2 fantastic Italian girls, Eva and Elena. They were polite, friendly and good fun, perfect house guests. HFDI were super to deal with, efficient, well organised and quick to respond. The plans for travel went so smoothly, both my husband and I and the 2 students found the experience very very positive. Looking forward to hosting again 😉

Daniela and the Tranca family
Daniela and her family made us feel right at home from the first day. They were helpful and very considerate towards us. We particularly enjoyed the meals that Daniela prepared for us. During our stay in Dublin
During our stay in Dublin, my roommate (Sofia Lacioppa) and I had the most amazing experience. Our hosts (Sean and Natalie Crowe) were so caring and attentive to our every need. We didn't have to worry about anything. The food was delicious and the house was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We both had a great time.
